Unauthorized Use of Subscription Services Sample Clauses
The "Unauthorized Use of Subscription Services" clause defines restrictions on how a subscriber may access and utilize the subscription-based services provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause prohibits users from sharing login credentials, reselling access, or using the service in ways not expressly permitted by the provider, such as for illegal activities or outside the agreed-upon scope. Unauthorized Use of Subscription Services. Any unauthorized use of the Subscription Services is a material breach of the Agreement, such as (a) only purchasing or renewing Subscription Services based on some, but not all, of the total number of Units, (b) splitting or applying one Software Subscription to two or more Units, (c) providing Subscription Services (in whole or in part) to third parties, (d) using Subscription Services in connection with any redistribution of Software and/or (e) using Subscription Services to support or maintain any non-Red Hat Software products without purchasing Subscription Services for each such instance.
Unauthorized Use of Subscription Services. You agree not to engage in any unauthorized use of the Subscription Services, which includes: (i) providing Subscription Services (in whole or in part) to third parties, (ii) using Subscription Services in connection with any redistribution of Software or (v) using Subscription Services to support or maintain any non-Icinga Software without purchasing the appropriate quantity of Subscriptions (collectively, “Unauthorized Subscription Services Use”).
Unauthorized Use of Subscription Services. Any unauthorized use of the Subscription Services is a material breach of the Agreement. Unauthorized use of the Subscription Services includes: (a) only purchasing or renewing Subscription Services based on some of the total number of Units, (b) splitting or applying one Software Subscription to two or more Units, (c) providing Subscription Services (in whole or in part) to third parties, (d) using Subscription Services in connection with any redistribution of Software or (e) using Subscription Services to support or maintain any non-Red Hat Software products without purchasing Subscription Services for each such instance (collectively, “Unauthorized Subscription Services Uses”). (g) Unbefugte Nutzung von Subscription Services. Jede unbefugte Nutzung der Subscription Services stellt eine wesentliche Verletzung des Vertrags dar. Die nicht autorisierte Nutzung der Subscription Services schliesst ein: (a) den Erwerb oder die Verlängerung von Subscription Services auf der Grundlage einiger Einheiten, (b) die Aufteilung oder Anwendung einer Software Subscription auf zwei oder mehr Einheiten, (c) die Bereitstellung von Subscription Services (ganz oder teilweise) für Dritte, (d) die Nutzung von Subscription Services in Verbindung mit dem Weitervertrieb von Software und/oder (e) die Nutzung von Subscription Services zur Unterstützung oder Wartung von Softwareprodukten, die nicht von Red Hat stammen, ohne entsprechende Subscription Services für jede dieser Instanzen zu erwerben (zusammen“ Unbefugte Nutzung von Subscription Services”).
