Common use of Unavoidable Events Clause in Contracts

Unavoidable Events. In case of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable means for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or their subcontractors, events that cannot be avoided - including strikes, lock-outs, disruptions to operations, and including acts of government -, de- livery, performance and purchase obligations shall be suspended, as long as and insofar as such obstacles exist. Prementioned circumstances are also not justifiable if they occur during a delay.
