Common use of Unbilled Local Toll Clause in Contracts

Unbilled Local Toll. Since Sprint PCS’ billing system does not rate and ▇▇▇▇ certain toll usage (“unbilled local toll”), for each monthly ▇▇▇▇ cycle, Sprint PCS will invoice VMU for unbilled local toll as follows: total interstate and intrastate toll charges for a monthly ▇▇▇▇ cycle X *% = unbilled local toll. By way of example, if VMU’s total interstate and intrastate toll charges for a monthly ▇▇▇▇ cycle are $*, Sprint PCS will invoice VMU for $* for unbilled local toll.
