Common use of Unbundled Copper Sub-Loop Clause in Contracts

Unbundled Copper Sub-Loop. (UCSL) is a copper facility of any length provided from the cross-box in the field up to and including the End User’s point of demarcation. If available, this facility will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils between the End User and the cross-box. 2.8.2.3.1 If Deland Actel requests a UCSL and it is not available, Deland Actel may request the copper Sub-Loop facility be modified pursuant to the ULM process to remove load coils and/or excessive bridged taps. If load coils and/or excessive bridged taps are removed, the facility will be classified as a UCSL.
