Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution. 2.8.2.1 The Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution facility is a dedicated transmission facility that BellSouth provides from a loop demarcation point on an End User’s premises to a BellSouth cross-connect device regardless of the specific nomenclature employed when referring to the device. The BellSouth cross-connect device may be located within a remote terminal (RT) or a stand-alone cross-box in the field or in the equipment room of a building. AT&T will request access to USLD or Unbundled Copper Subloop (“UCSL”) through the SI process. The unbundled sub-loop distribution media may be provided using copper twisted pair or coax, if coax is used in the BellSouth distribution system. BellSouth will make available the following Sub-Loop Distribution offerings where facilities exist or can be made to exist through routine network modifications:
