USLD-INC includes the facility from the cross connect device in the building equipment room up to and including the point of demarcation at the End User’s premises. 2.5.2.4.1 Upon request for USLD-INC from Comcast Phone, BellSouth will install a cross connect panel in the building equipment room for the purpose of accessing USLD- INC pairs from a building equipment room. The cross-connect panel will function as a single point of interconnection (SPOI) for USLD-INC and will be accessible by multiple carriers as space permits. BellSouth will place cross-connect blocks in 25-pair increments for Comcast Phone’s use on this cross-connect panel. Comcast Phone will be responsible for connecting its facilities to the 25-pair cross-connect block(s).
