Common use of Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution Clause in Contracts

Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution. Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC) is the distribution facility inside a building or between buildings on the same continuous property which is not separated by a public street or road. USLD-INC includes the facility from the cross-connect device in the building equipment room up to and including the point of demarcation, at the end user’s premise. 2.8.2.4.1 BellSouth will install a cross connect panel in the building e quipment room for the purpose of accessing USLD-INC pairs from a building equipment room. The cross-connect panel will function as a single point of interconnection (SPOI) for USLD-INC and will be accessible by multiple carriers as space permits. BellSouth will place cross-connect blocks in 25-pair increments for Access America’s use on this cross-connect panel. Access America will be responsible for connecting its facilities to the 25-pair cross-connect block(s).
