Unbundled Switching Elements. BA shall make available to GNAPS the local Switching Element and tandem Switching Element unbundled from transport, local loop transmission, or other services in accordance with the terms and conditions of and at the rates specified in BA’s applicable Tariff, as amended from time to time.
