Common use of Unbundled Switching Elements Clause in Contracts

Unbundled Switching Elements. 10.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by North Atlantic, Verizon shall make available to North Atlantic the local switching element and Tandem switching element unbundled from shared interoffice transport and local Loop transmission, or other services, in accordance with Applicable Law, at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern the local switching element and the Tandem switching element, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall provide North Atlantic with access to the local switching element and the Tandem switching element in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
