Unclaimed Dividends. No dividends shall bear interest as against the Corporation. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Articles with respect to any class or series of shares, any dividend unclaimed for one year after having been declared payable may be invested or otherwise made use of by the directors for the benefit of the Corporation. Any dividend unclaimed after a period of three years from the date on which the same has been declared to be payable shall be forfeited and shall revert to the Corporation, but the Board may nevertheless authorize the subsequent payment of any such dividend on such terms as to indemnity and evidence of title as the Board may from time to time prescribe, whether generally or in any particular case.
