Common use of Unconditional and Irrevocable Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Unconditional and Irrevocable Guaranty. (a) The Guarantors hereby jointly and severally, unconditionally and irrevocably undertake and agree with and for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Banks and each of their respective permitted assignees (collectively, the "Beneficiaries") to cause the due payment, performance and observance by the Borrower and its assigns of all of the Obligations, terms, covenants, conditions, agreements and undertakings on the part of the Borrower, to be paid, performed or observed under any Credit Document in accordance with the terms thereof including, without limitation, any agreement of the Borrower to pay any amounts due with respect to the Loans, under this Agreement or any other amounts due and owing under any Credit Document (all such Obligations, terms, covenants, conditions, agreements and undertakings on the part of the Borrower to be paid, performed or observed by the Borrower being collectively called the "Guaranteed Obligations"
