Common use of Unconditional Obligations Clause in Contracts

Unconditional Obligations. You acknowledge that your obligations to pay all Rent and other amounts due hereunder and to perform all the terms hereof shall be absolute, independent and unconditional, and shall not be limited or terminated by any unanticipated fact or circumstance, unless the obligation to pay or to perform the same shall be limited or terminated by the express provisions of this Agreement. You hereby waive, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any and all rights you may now or hereafter have, by law or otherwise, to terminate this Agreement and/or any of your obligations hereunder.
