Uncorrected Defects. 57.1 If the Contractor has not corrected a Defect within the time specified in the Project Manager’s notice, the Project Manager shall assess the cost of having the Defect corrected by it, and the Contractor shall remain liable to pay the expenditures incurred on account of correction of such Defect.
