Under 18. If you are under 18 at the time you accept the Agreement, the Agreement will still be legally binding, but when you reach the age of 18 you will be entitled to terminate the Agreement in accordance with section 11.6.

  • Under Minn Stat. § 270C.65, subd. 3 and other applicable law, the Contractor consents to disclosure of its social security number, federal employer tax identification number, and Minnesota tax identification number, already provided to the State, to federal and state agencies, and state personnel involved in the payment of state obligations.
