Common use of Underground Allowance Clause in Contracts

Underground Allowance. An Employee who is required to work underground will be paid an additional minimum flat rate allowance of $18.59 per week. Provided that an Employee is required to work underground for no more than 4 days or shifts in any ordinary week, must be paid an additional minimum $3.72 per day or shift.
