Common use of Underground Allowance Clause in Contracts

Underground Allowance. An Employee, other than an Employee classified as an underground miner, will be paid an allowance of $1.83 per hour whilst required by the Employer to work underground.

Underground Allowance. An Employee, other than an Employee classified as an underground miner, will be paid an allowance of $1.83 1.90 per hour whilst required by the their Employer to work underground.. This is a flat allowance that will be paid in addition to the rates outlined at Schedule A.
