Common use of Underground Service Alert Clause in Contracts

Underground Service Alert. ‌ Licensee warrants and represents to City that Licensee is presently a member in good standing with the Underground Service Alert of Southern California (“DigAlert”). Licensee shall maintain and keep current its membership in DigAlert throughout the term of this Master License or any Site License. Prior to any excavation performed in the Streets, Licensee shall observe and perform all notice and other obligations required under applicable Laws, which includes, without limitation, California Government Code §§ 4216 et seq., as may be amended or superseded.
