Undergrounding Requirements. The Operator shall construct, operate and maintain all of its transmission or distribution facilities in accordance with the following requirements:
Undergrounding Requirements. Licensee’s aerial facilities shall be placed underground, according to the requirements set forth below. (1) On streets where all electrical and telephone utility wiring are located underground, either at the time of initial construction or subsequently, any newly-placed Licensee cable must also be located underground, in conduit, at Licensee’s expense. Where aerial facilities of other utilities in the same span are placed underground at the cost of such other utility, Licensee shall concurrently (or earlier) remove its existing aerial facilities and/or place them underground at its own expense. (2) Where aerial facilities of other utilities in the same span are placed underground at the cost of the City or a third party, such as a developer, Licensee shall concurrently (or earlier) place its existing overhead facilities underground only if (a) the cost of such undergrounding is paid by the City or such third party and (b) Licensee receives timely notification of the undergrounding of such other utility lines and opportunity to participate in joint trench with such other utilities. In the event that Licensee is not notified and given reasonable opportunity to participate in a joint trench with other utilities, Licensee will not be required to place its facilities underground at a later date unless the cost of such undergrounding in excess of the cost to participate in the joint trench is borne by the entity charged with providing Licensee notice of the joint trench opportunity.

  • Bonding Requirements The Contractor is required to furnish a performance bond on the form in a form acceptable to the City, in a sum of not less than [insert bonding level] of the annual amount of the contract to guarantee the faithful performance of this contract. The bond must be approved as to sufficiency and qualifications of the surety by the Controller.

  • Trunking Requirements The Parties will provide designed Interconnection facilities that meet the same technical criteria and service standards, such as probability of blocking in peak hours and transmission standards, in accordance with current industry standards.

  • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement. Operating Requirements shall include Applicable Reliability Standards.

  • Monitoring Requirements This Schedule sets out the contract management requirements which are applicable to the delivery of the Services.
