Common use of Underlying Agreement Clause in Contracts

Underlying Agreement. “Underlying Agreement” shall mean that certain agreement by which Business Associate provides certain services to Covered Entity and, in connection with those services, Covered Entity discloses to Business Associate certain individually identifiable PHI that is subject to protection under HIPAA.
