Common use of Underpayment Clause in Contracts

Underpayment. Should the Employer issue an Employee an underpayment of wages and/or entitlements, then the Employer shall make the necessary monetary or entitlement adjustments within the next following pay period after such underpayment is reported or noticed and take such internal administrative action as is necessary to correct such errors. The Employer shall notify the Employee in writing and advise of the corrective action to be taken.
