Common use of Underpayments Clause in Contracts

Underpayments. Where an Employee has been underpaid and the underpayment is in excess of two hundred dollars ($200) then the Employer will make the payment as soon as is practical. Where the underpayment is less than two hundred dollars ($200) the Employer will transfer the underpayment amount into the employee’s bank account with their next scheduled pay.
