Common use of Understandings and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Understandings and Agreements. With respect to its subject matter, this Agreement and any addenda, exhibits, acknowledgements and amendments constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede and terminate all prior agreements, either oral or in writing. Any representations, inducements, promises or agreements between the parties, which are not in writing and signed by Owner and Manager, are not enforceable.
