Understeer information Sample Clauses

The 'Understeer information' clause requires the disclosure or communication of data related to understeer, which is a vehicle's tendency to turn less sharply than intended during cornering. In practice, this clause may obligate a party—such as a vehicle manufacturer or supplier—to provide detailed reports or real-time data on understeer characteristics, test results, or performance metrics to another party, such as a regulator or business partner. By mandating the sharing of understeer information, the clause ensures transparency and helps address safety, compliance, or performance concerns related to vehicle handling.
