Common use of Undertaking the Project Clause in Contracts

Undertaking the Project. The Recipient must: (a) undertake the Project to achieve the Outcomes; (b) undertake the Project diligently, effectively, to a high professional standard and in accordance with: (i) all applicable Laws; (ii) the Programme Guidelines; and (iii) any Commonwealth policies and specific requirements set out in item 9 of Schedule 1; (c) complete the Project within the Agreement Period; and (d) meet the due dates for the Milestones, as specified in Schedule 2.
