Common use of Underwriting Fee Clause in Contracts

Underwriting Fee. In consideration of the Underwriter’s purchase of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement, the Selling Shareholder agrees to pay to the Underwriter a fee of $1.862 per Share, purchased by the Underwriter from the Selling Shareholder (collectively, the “Underwriting Fee”). The Underwriting Fee shall be payable as provided for in Section 14.

Underwriting Fee. In consideration of the Underwriter’s Underwriters’ purchase of the Firm Shares and the Optional Shares, if any, pursuant to this Agreement, the Selling Shareholder Company agrees to pay to the Underwriter Underwriters a fee of $1.862 US$0.878 per Firm Share or Optional Share, as applicable, purchased by the Underwriter Underwriters from the Selling Shareholder Company (collectively, the “Underwriting Fee”). The Underwriting Fee shall be payable as provided for in Section 1412.

Underwriting Fee. In consideration of the Underwriter’s Underwriters’ purchase of of: (i) the Firm Shares pursuant to this Agreement, the Selling Shareholder Company agrees to pay to the Underwriter Underwriters a fee of $1.862 • per Share, Firm Share (being 3.25% of the Purchase Price) purchased by the Underwriter Underwriters from the Selling Shareholder Company; and (ii) the Optional Shares, if any, pursuant to this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Underwriters a fee of $• per Optional Shares (being 3.25% of the Purchase Price) purchased by the Underwriters from the Company (collectively, the “Underwriting Fee”). The Underwriting Fee shall be payable as provided for in Section 1416.

Underwriting Fee. In consideration of the Underwriter’s Underwriters’ purchase of the Firm Shares and the Optional Shares, if any, pursuant to this Agreement, the Selling Shareholder Company agrees to pay to the Underwriter Underwriters a fee of $1.862 1.5375 per Firm Share or Optional Share, as applicable, purchased by the Underwriter Underwriters from the Selling Shareholder Company (collectively, the “Underwriting Fee”). The Underwriting Fee shall be payable as provided for in Section 1413.
