Underwriting Standards. Each of the Company and the Insurance Subsidiaries have complied in all material respects with its respective underwriting standards and, with respect to insurance contracts reinsured in whole or in part, such insurance contracts conform in all material respects to the standards agreed to with the reinsurer in the related reinsurance, coinsurance or other similar contracts.
