Common use of Undisputed Amounts Clause in Contracts

Undisputed Amounts. Subject to the express provisions of this Agreement, where there is any dispute as to the amount of money owing by any Party to any other Party hereunder, the portion of the amount owing that is not in dispute or otherwise contested or challenged (the “Undisputed Amount”) if any, shall be paid within the time required herein or if the required time has elapsed, shall be paid immediately, without deduction or abatement, but without prejudice to the rights of the Parties to contest, challenge or otherwise dispute the appropriate disposition of the remaining portion of the money claimed hereunder.
