Undisputed Amounts. If the calculation of any termination amount is disputed then any undisputed element of that amount shall be paid in accordance with this Section 5 (General) of this Schedule Part 17 (Compensation on Termination) and the disputed element shall be dealt with in accordance with Schedule Part 20 (Dispute Resolution Procedure).
