Unemployment Compensation Coverage. Effective January 1, 1978, Genesee County mandatorily came under the Michigan Employment Security Act in accordance with Act No. 277 of the Public Acts of 1977, as amended.
Unemployment Compensation Coverage. A. The Borough agrees to make the required contributions to the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to cover all employees under this Agreement for benefits under the Unemployment Compensation Law: The Final decision as to coverage shall be made by the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation and the Borough shall not be prejudiced by its decision.

  • Unemployment Compensation The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the unemployment compensation payments on behalf of their employees and personnel. The Contractor shall not be entitled to unemployment compensation in connection with the Services performed under this Agreement.

  • COMPENSATION COVERAGE The Employer shall provide coverage to all employees for injury on the job under the Workers’ Compensation Act of the Province of Alberta, or under an Insured Plan which provides coverage of compensation equal thereto.

  • Unemployment Benefits The Company will not oppose the Executive’s claim for unemployment insurance benefits.

  • Workers’ Compensation Coverage Consultant certifies that Consultant has qualified for workers’ compensation as required by the State of Oregon. Consultant shall provide the Owner, within ten (10) days after execution of this Agreement, a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage of all subject workers under Oregon’s workers’ compensation statutes. The insurance certificate and policy shall indicate that the policy shall not be terminated by the insurance carrier without thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to City. All agents or Consultants of Consultant shall maintain such insurance.

  • WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
