Unexpected Circumstances. At some point in the future, however unlikely that may be, if it becomes impossible to administer the donation in full accordance with the specific purpose for which it was given, the University will order that the money be set aside for the purposes that are most consistent with the wishes of the donor in consultation with the donor.
