Unfair and Unreasonable Incentives. Subject to the provisions of Section 1 of Article XI of this Agreement, if any Employee shall claim that by reason of any change or other event specified in paragraph (c) of this Section which shall occur, his incentive has become unreasonable and unfair, he may initiate a complaint in respect thereof and such complaint shall be handled in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article XI hereof. If in the determination of such complaint or subsequent grievance such incentive shall be changed, the new incentive shall be established in accordance with the principles set forth in paragraph (c) of this Section.
