Common use of Uniformity Clause in Contracts

Uniformity. The Employer agrees that all work rules and general orders shall be applied uniformly within the group or groups of employees to whom such work rules/general orders are directed. Each employee shall be provided, required to read and sign an acknowledgement of receipt of all work rules and general orders of the Employer.
