Unilateral Changes Clause Samples
The Unilateral Changes clause grants one party the authority to modify certain terms of the agreement without requiring the other party's consent. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of permissible changes, such as updates to policies, pricing, or service features, and may require the notifying party to provide advance notice to the other party. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for the party with modification rights to adapt the agreement to changing circumstances or business needs, while also clarifying the process and limits of such changes to prevent disputes.
