Union Access to Records. The Union shall have the right to examine payroll records pertaining to the computation of compensation of any custodian whose pay is in dispute or any other records of the Board pertaining to a specific grievance, provided the custodian involved shall give his/her consent in writing to the Union for the opening of his/her confidential file.
