Union Activities During Working Hours. The Union agrees that it shall not engage in Union activities during working hours and it shall not discuss Company business or distribute literature to passengers unless authorized to do so by the Employer. Start times for all Employees must be posted no later than 18:00 hours on the day prior to the shift they are to work. If start times are not posted by that time, or must be altered, the Employer shall undertake to contact the driver and advise him/her of his/her start time. Employees must provide the Employer with current address and telephone numbers. This clause is subject to the provision of the Collective Agreement.
