Union Activity During Working Hours. Union activities within Employer facilities shall be restricted to administering this Agreement. A Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee shall ask for and obtain permission before leaving his/her job in order to conduct Union business. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee will ask for and obtain permission from the Department Head of any employee with whom he/she wishes to carry on Union business. Reasonable time while on duty shall be permitted to a Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or designee for the purposes of aiding or assisting or otherwise representing employees in processing of grievances or exercising other rights set forth in this Agreement, and such reasonable time shall be without loss of pay.
