Union Activity on Company Property. A. Neither the Union, its representatives, nor its members shall carry on union activities on Company premises, or on Company time, except that Union officers and members, who are also employees, and other authorized Union representatives may carry on legitimate Union activities outside of working periods of all employees participating, in space where no Company operations or other work is performed, provided that: 1. Such activity shall be limited to small groups of not to exceed six (6) employees; and 2. Shall not interfere with the business of the Company or the use of such space for the purpose for which the space is intended; and 3. Arrangements for the use of such space are made in advance with appropriate supervisor (outside of the Bargaining Unit). B. The Company and the Union agree to cooperate in the inspection of working conditions and in the investigation of circumstances surrounding any alleged grievance.
