UNION AND COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will assist in the presentation of a grievance only in the area he represents, except that if a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is absent from the Plant, the VP of CEP Motors may assist in presenting a grievance in that area.
