UNION COMMUNICATIONS AND VOTING. (a) The Employer shall provide bulletin boards at its premises, in Employee lunch or rest areas, for the purpose of posting Union communications. All such notices shall be submitted to the Employer at the time of posting or distribution. (b) The Union shall have the right, upon reasonable notice and with the agreement of the Employer, to place ballot boxes in the workplaces of the Employer covered by this Agreement, for the purposes of conducting Union elections, polling or collective agreement votes.
