Common use of Union Contract Clause in Contracts

Union Contract. All new employees will receive a copy of the Union contract from the City during new employee orientation. All new employees will receive a copy of the Union contract and a list of stewards’ names and contact information. The Union will be allowed to conduct a 15-minute presentation during new employee orientation. This time will be paid at the employee’s regular rate of hourly pay by the City. The City will also provide the Union, on a quarterly basis, a list of the names and classifications of new employees.
