Union Conventions and Seminars. The Union may request that not more than two members of the bargaining unit at any one time be given leave without pay to attend a union convention or seminar. Such requests must be submitted in writing by the Recording Secretary of the Union at least one month in advance of the time off requested and are subject to approval by the Superintendent of Human Resources.
