Common use of Union Decal Clause in Contracts

Union Decal. The Employer agrees to display either the official Union Market Card or Decal of the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada Union, Local No. 401 in a location where it can be seen by the customers. The size of such cards or decals shall be first approved by the Employer.
