UNION DELEGATE FACILITIES. As far as practically possible the Company will extend the usual courtesy of providing reasonable access to resources such as phone, photocopier, filing cabinet, internet and Company notice boards. This is to allow elected employee representatives to carry out their role and activities that are directly related to matters that pertain to the employment relationship between the Company, Employees and the Union. The Company will respect the privacy of the delegate’s use of the resources.
