Union Exclusivity. .1 The Union is the exclusive bargaining agent for members of the defined bargaining unit and in recognition of this status the Board agrees to not meet and negotiate with any employees' organization or its representatives in respect to the employees covered by this Agreement with regard to negotiable items generally contained in this Agreement for the duration of this Agreement. .2 Nothing herein shall preclude individual employees, groups of employees, other employee organizations, or members of the community from presenting their views and recommendations to the Board or administrative staff.

Members who do not pay dues are required to follow this agreement.
