Union Information Requests. 3.1 The Agency agrees to provide the Union, upon written request, access to materials and information necessary for the Union to fulfill its statutory responsibility to administer this Agreement. 3.2 The Agency will acknowledge receipt of the information request and will provide an estimated response date.
