Union newsletters. The Union agrees that nothing will be posted on these bulletin boards of the items listed above which relate to political candidates, political campaigns or other political issues, nor will anything be posted which reflects adversely upon the City or any of its officers or employees; nor shall any posted materials violate or have the effect of violating any law, rule, or regulation. If a question arises concerning the interpretation of what will be allowed to be posted, a Union Representative shall request a decision from the Human Resources Director. There shall be no posting of disputed material until said approval is given.
