UNION RESTRICTIONS. Exhibitors agree to abide by all local jurisdiction union requirements for work involving installation and dismantling of exhibit. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (hereinafter "ADA"): Exhibitor acknowledges its responsibilities under the ADA to make their exhibits accessible to handicapped persons. Exhibitor shall also indemnify and hold harmless DEMA, NTP and Facility against cost, expense, liability or damage that may be incident to, arise out of or be caused by Exhibitor's failure to have their exhibit space comply with requirements under the ADA.
