Common use of Union Right of Entry Clause in Contracts

Union Right of Entry. A duly authorised official of the Union is entitled to enter Council’s premises during working hours for the purposes of investigating a suspected breach of the terms and conditions of an Award or this Agreement subject to not less than 24 hours’ notice, where practicable, to the Chief Executive Officer or Delegate.
