Common use of Union Right of Entry Clause in Contracts

Union Right of Entry. ‌ For the purpose recognised union business or of investigating complaints concerning the application of this Agreement or relevant Award or for the purpose of meeting employees in relation to employment matters, duly accredited representatives of the unions shall have the right to enter all Institutes workplaces. This right is subject to reasonable notice being given of the union’s intention to visit an Institute workplace or hold a meeting.
