UNION RIGHTS AND REPRESENTATIVES. 500 Accredited Union Representatives A. The Union will designate Union representatives as Accredited Union Representatives to handle the day-to-day administration of this Agreement on the basis of not more than two representatives from the Union for each Superintendent. The Union will notify the General Manager of EPSCA in writing of the names of such Union representatives, or alternates in the event of illness or unavailability, so that they may be issued identification cards to permit entry to work locations. Upon entering the work location, such representatives after identifying themselves to the EPSCA Representative and the authorized representative of the employer, will be free to observe the progress and conduct of the work and to conduct normal Union business associated with the administration of this Collective Agreement. The Union undertakes that these representatives will not unduly interfere in any way with said work.
